What are some of the different ways I can use my PLFS for lead generation?
While it is not cost effective to bulk mail a full colour feature sheet it can be extremely effective in a targeted approach. Can an extra 20 or 30 PLFSs printed and door knock the 20 or 30 houses surrounding your listing. Hardly anyone door knocks theses days and everyone is going to be curious when they see the sign up.
Include a cover letter inviting them to the upcoming open house and offer to answer any questions they might have about values and where the market is going. Lastly ask if they would like you to email them when the property sells to let them know what it sold for.
When you do finally email them, ask if they would like to receive your eNewsletter (find out how you can get one prepared for you for free by SalesBOS) about local market activity.
