   How can I have PLFSs™ sent to me once my new listing hits my MLS® system?

   By becoming a subscriber. Within about 2 hours of a new listing showing up on MLXchange a PLFS™ is automatically generated and links to it are emailed to you. When additional changes are detected such as edits to the listing details or additional pictures uploaded the PLFS™ is recreated and you are again notified. Remember you get unlimited edits and regenerations for a one time low per listing fee.

   Our subscription service provides the lowest cost and easiest use of the PLFS service. Each PLFS is generated using your default settings but you can easily go in and modify the parameters for each PLFS if desired.

   How do I change my contact info?

   Log in to your PLFS™ account and select "Profile Manager". There you can edit your details, upload your picture and select your default header and footer.

   How do I get my picture on my PLFSs™?

   Log into your account, select "Profile Manager" edit your details and on the right is a link to upload your picture. Don't forget to hit save at the bottom of the form when you are done making all your changes.

   I can't open my PLFS™ PDF.

   The PLFS&trade: is provided as a multi-page Adobe Acrobat PDF file. Acrobat PDF is portable standard document format. If you have trouble opening your PDF try downloading the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (it's free).

   Thoughts about printing PLFSs™

   A PLFS™ is sent in a PDF format. This format can be opened on any type of computer however the most recent version of Acrobat Reader may be required.

   Printing
   We have found that using a outside printing service is the most cost effective approach. The PLFs™ are full colour and therefore use a considerable amount of ink. If using your home printer you will easily exceed the cost per page of sending the work to a printer. For most printers you can email them the link to the file and they will print it and notify you when it is ready so you can stop by and pick it up. We recommend emailing them the link to the file instead of trying to email them the file because they are large and could get held or lost in the email systems.
