Customization & Personalization

SalesBOS provides 3 Personalization/Customization options.

Identity Customization – $100

The Identity Customization package is for REALTORS® who have invested in a brand identity or overall marketing identity from a graphic design professional. Under this program you would usually have elements of graphic design that are consistent across multiple marketing pieces such as your business cards, website, existing features sheets,  just listed/sold postcards/flyers and/or letterhead.

The elements of your existing programs are incorporated into a custom header and footer using our existing custom template layout.

Requirements: You must be able to provide original artwork or high resolution images of past work which can be used.  Original artwork would consist of files from programs like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. In some cases a .JPG file can be used if it is high resolution and in a format suitable to be a header and/or footer of a page. A good indicator of the resolution would be that the image is used for postcards or some larger format. A business card .JPG image is not large enough to expand to a full size printout without serious loss of quality. However original artwork from a business card in Illustrator can be used.

If you have an existing identity but no original artwork or high resolution images much of the artwork would have to be re-created. In these situations we would just charge you for actual time required. The hourly rate for design work is $60/hour.

Brand Creation – $60/hour

If you have a basic concept of what you would like a feature sheet to look like and/or have images that you would like to incorporate into a header a custom design can be created for $150-500 depending on what you are looking for.

True Brand Creation should take on a more comprehensive approach to your overall marketing identity and be undertaken by professionals that focus on that business. The costs of doing an entire Identity can range from $1000 to $5000+ and SalesBOS can assist you with building a true Brand and Identity.

Custom Template – $60/hour

If you would like a different template/layout than what is available there are two options:

1. Free design – If we can re-use the layout and make it available to other users of the PLFS™ service then we may be willing to do the template design for free. You may still need to pay for a custom header/footer.
2. Exclusive Layout- If you want a layout that no one else can use or is such that we do not feel others will utilize because of it’s unique nature we will create a layout and custom header/footer/design for you based on actual time required. In most cases this would cost a minimum of $600 and likely closer to $1000 after all revisions and tweaking are done. However if your needs are simple and clear it could cost less.
