Pricing
The PLFS service provides two pricing models: Mortgage Broker Sponsored or Non-sponsored.
Mortgage Broker Sponsored
Because of the mutually beneficial nature of a REALTOR’s® PLFS™ and a mortgage broker’s services, the PLFS™ services is designed to provide payment calculations for your listings while providing exposure for a Mortgage Broker sponsor. Their are two levels of Mortgage Broker Sponsorship:
- Partial Sponsorship - The broker pays for a portion of each of your PLFSs™ created. They get a small starburst promotion on each page of your PLFS™ as well as a full exposure on the payment calculations page.
- Full Sponsorship - Most brokers, upon providing at least one funded mortgage referral per year, will pay for your entire year’s worth of PLFS™ services.
Mortgage broker sponsors pay between $5 and $10 of the total cost of the PLFS™ under partial sponsorship. All prices shown on this page are your share of the cost. Sponsors have their own pricing schedule.
Pre-arranged Mortgage Broker Sponsorship
You can invite your existing Mortgage Broker Partner(s) to provide you with a partial sponsorship of your PLFS™ services.
In case you don’t have any good quality partners or your existing partners decline to sponsor you, we have arranged for a number of mortgage brokers to provide you with a partial PLFS™ sponsorship by default. They have also agreed to upgrade you to full sponsorship (retroactive) for your current year’s service upon the funding of one mortgage referral. Currently your initial invitation to the service is initiated by a willing mortgage broker sponsor.
Non-Sponsored
Some REALTORs prefer to not include a property payment sheet and/or not have a mortgage broker included in any of their listing materials. In these situations a non-sponsored PLFS™ would be recommended. You would pay the entire cost of the PLFS™.
Costs
No monthly, annual or setup fees. Pay only for what you use and choose. Risk free purchasing using the completely secure PayPal (an eBay company) online payment system.
The PLFS™ service uses a credit/token type mechanism. By taking this approach, volume pricing options are possible and instant delivery of a new PLFS™ when it hits the MLS® system is available. Because the PLFS™ system provides a non-tangible product, all PLFS™ services are paid for in advance by purchasing refundable credits.

When your account is activated you are automatically provided 1 credit. You can try the system by using your credit to generate a PLFS™ for your listing of choice.
Subscriptions - lowest cost option
Subscription to the PLFS™ service is the commitment to automatically purchase a PLFS™ for every attached and detached residential listing on the MLS® system that has you as the primary REALTOR® for the listing.
You can cancel your subscription and revert to the pay-as-you go method at any time. However once you cancel your subscription you can not become a subscriber again for 1 year from cancellation. You can continue to access the PLFS™ system using the pay-as-you go method.
Subscription - Sponsored: $10 per listing - 1 time cost per property & includes unlimited edits
Subscription - Non-Sponsored: $15 per listing - 1 time cost per property & includes unlimited edits
Under the subscription service you are required to maintain an account balance of 2 to 5 credits depending on the number of listings you carry on average. When your account balance gets below a certain level you will be emailed to purchase additional credits. If you cancel your subscription your unused credits are refunded at the price they were purchased and you would purchase pay-as-you-go credits for future PLFS™ use.
Pay-As-You-Go
For REALTORS® that desire casual or selective use of the PLFS™ service. When choosing pay-as-you-go you can purchase quantities of 1, 5, 10 or 20 credits with increasing discounts based on how many credits you purchase. You can choose which listings and when to use the credits. You can also purchase a mix of sponsored and non-sponsored credits.
Sponsored: $12 to $15 per listing - 1 time cost per property & includes unlimited edits
Non-sponsored: $20 to $25 per listing - 1 time cost per property & includes unlimited edits
Any purchased pay-as-you-go credits will be refunded upon request. However you would not be able to purchase discounted credits for 1 year from the time your refund is processed.
