The Property Listing Feature Sheet™ service automatically produces a rich multi-page PDF feature sheet for your listings. It pre-populates using MLS® board data and pictures. You can then modify/change the data to fine tune the feature sheet’s presentation and highlights.
For a one time cost per listing you get:
- Unlimited updates, changes and re-generations easily online
- Auto updated and emailed to you on price changes
- Option to use a custom template, headers and footers to be consistent with your other marketing materials (we probably can convert your current feature sheet style for a one time fee)
- Header and footer can be changed per listing to use area and sub-area specific images from an included growing library
- Can be automatically generated and sent to you within a few hours of your listing hitting MLS and re-sent as changes are made (more pictures uploaded, detail changes, etc)
- Allow you to add and incorporate additional PDF pages such as floor plans (coming soon)
- Is ready to be emailed to your preferred print shop, be printed on your personal laser printer (we don’t recommend inkjet as it will cost more in ink than sending it to Staples etc.) or order online from our printer.
